Senior Dedication & Business Advertising

 

• Ads support the yearbook production class in updating software, hardware, and camera equipment.
• Ads are purchased by family members, friends, or students.
• Group PDAs are fun and provide affordability.
• The book will be 9" x 12" portrait orientation.
• Email a PDF or JPG of your ad if you are creating it yourself to [email protected] 
• Christine Deats of Christine Photography is available for making PDAs. [email protected].
• ATTENTION: The PDA will not be made or placed on the page until payment is received.

• BEST METHOD: Mail a check to SYHS Yearbook, PO Box 398, Santa Ynez, CA 93460 or pay in the Business Office. In the memo area indicate the size and name of student.
• Some years it is possible to pay online with a credit card at the ASB Webstore, but this is dependent on personnel setting it up each year. The link is on the right. If working, search for Ad and the different sizes and prices will be shown. Make sure to enter a name; otherwise, it will be unclear who paid for the PDA.

• Recent photo of graduating senior; sometimes this may be an alternative senior portrait
• Earlier photos, sports or other activity photos
• Name
• Heartfelt message

• Pictures with weapons of any kind will be rejected by the staff and advisor. This has been established by the administration of Santa Ynez Valley Union High School.
• Pictures with provocative attire will be rejected by the staff and advisor. If necessary, the administration of Santa Ynez Valley Union High School may be consulted.
• Pictures depicting hand symbols may be rejected due to hand symbols sometimes adopting new meanings. The yearbook is a historical document viewed throughout decades and we don't want to misrepresent anyone in it.

• Business ads support the yearbook production class in updating software, hardware, and camera equipment.
• Contact the yearbook advisor if you would like to advertise in the Pirate Revue Yearbook. [email protected]
• Create an advertisement yourself or have a graphic designer or photographer create one. Please do not put text close to the borders. Leave some space.
• Many computer applications can be used, however the final output must be a pdf or jpg.
• Email your advertisement to the address above or to [email protected].
• Send your payment to SYHS Yearbook, P.O. Box 398, Santa Ynez, CA 93460 or pay online at the Webstore after placing your order with the yearbook advisor.
