Wheels 'n Windmills Car Show 2018
The organization Wheels and Windmills held its annual Car Show on August 25, 2018 in downtown Solvang, California. Mr. Hill and the Pirate Garage Club participates every year. The Wheels ‘N Windmills Car Show has donated more than $298,000 to local and national charities since 2005. Santa Ynez High School auto program received $17,000 this year. Sixth Annual Pirate Garage Car Show - 2019
Every year Pirate Garage hosts a car show to raise funds for the auto program at Santa Ynez High School. There are raffles sponsored by The Santa Ynez Valley Youth Recreation, food and apparel for sale, a DJ/announcer, and lots of people showing off their cool vintage cars. Participants register in advance or the day of the event. The cost is $25 per car. The awards are designed and made by the auto students and parent volunteers. In addition to the money earned for hosting the car show, the auto club was given a check for $500 from Central Coast Street Rods, Incorporated.
SEMA Jeep Build - 2019
This was the second year for the SEMA Auto Build Project. The task was to build a jeep during second semester.
